Please read this before booking your skip bin
After Ordering
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details (if you've provided your email address). We'll normally confirm receipt of your order.
The skip will arrive on the date and at the location you've specified.
A $220 bin relocation fee will be charged if the wrong delivery address is provided by the customer.
Brissy Bins will move bins at no cost if delivered to the wrong address due to our error.
Overfilling the Bin
Where possible, the driver will remove excess waste and place it in a neat pile near the bin site.
If the driver is unable to remove the excess or overloaded items, we'll try to contact you to arrange a bin to place the excess waste in.
In this case, a wasted trip fee of $220 will be charged and deducted from your card.

Surface Risk — Delivery & Collection
By requesting and authorising Brissy Bins to enter your property and deliver or collect a bin from the nominated location, you acknowledge and accept the surface risks involved.
This covers all surfaces the truck drives on, including soft ground, wet or saturated ground, recently constructed surfaces, asphalt, pavers, bricks, or concrete driveways.
Skip bin loader trucks use stabiliser legs to pick up bins filled with dirt, concrete, or other heavy materials. Brissy Bins takes reasonable care during pickup, but is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate surface strength at the customer's nominated placement location.
Skip Hire Terms & Conditions
Brissy Bins doesn't hold a licence to carry regulated waste with the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection (EHP). No regulated waste is permitted — e.g. asbestos fibro, tyres, or dangerous goods (fuel, chemicals, oils).
By ordering or accepting the skip bin, you agree to these terms & conditions.
You agree to follow the bin use guidelines below:
Do not overfill or overload the bin — it must only be filled level with the top, no higher. Overweight or overloaded bins will not be transported, and charges will apply.
Brissy Bins is not responsible for any damage to a client's property if the bin is placed according to the hirer's instructions.
If the bin is shifted from its delivery position, no responsibility is accepted for damage on removal (e.g. too close to a building or on a driveway). It's the hirer's responsibility to return the bin to its original delivery position before collection.
No wet cement, liquids (e.g. paint or chemicals), tyres, batteries, or flammable substances such as fuel or gas bottles are to be placed in the bin.
Asbestos: it is prohibited to place any type of asbestos material into a skip bin. If asbestos is found in a bin prior to removal, the bin will not be removed until it is treated correctly.
If a skip cannot be removed on the selected date due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be removed on the next available day.
The customer will have to pay Brissy Bins for any equipment lost or stolen while at the customer's premises or under their control, at the rates invoiced by Brissy Bins.
