How long can I keep the skip bin?
Our standard hire is 4–7 days. Need longer? Just let us know at booking or call us any time — we'll extend for a small daily fee.
Can I request an earlier pickup?
Absolutely. As long as the bin is accessible and clear, we only need about 24 hours' notice to pick it up early.
What happens if I overfill the bin?
Overfilled bins can't legally be transported. If your load is higher than the rim, the driver may ask you to remove the excess. Best to go one size up if you're unsure.
How do I pick the right bin size?
Think in wheelie bins: a 2m³ skip holds about 8. Multiply by what you've got. Heavy waste (soil, concrete) needs smaller bins due to weight limits — we'll advise on the call.
Can I mix different waste types?
Yes for most non-hazardous materials. No chemicals, paints, asbestos, batteries, e-waste or food waste. If in doubt, ask us first.
